SATURDAYS IN MAY & JUNE
10am-Noon at St Mary’s Fawley, RG9 6JA
Come and enjoy a Nespresso coffee and a slice of homemade cake at our village café which will run every Saturday in May and June except 18th May when we’ll be supporting Judy at Fawley Hill at her amazing Transport Festival in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support. Clipper and herbal teas are available, and we look forward to catering for and welcoming children too.
We hope to see lots of you there at the opening on the 4th May.

About the event
Storace and Soane - icons and influencers at the turn of the 19th century
Lewis Gaston, conductor and soloists of Opera Prelude
One of the greatest English architects, Sir John Soane, developed a close friendship with star soprano Nancy Storace, the English prodigy who inspired one of Mozart's greatest operatic characters. How did this chance meeting turn into a lifelong family connection? In this performance Lewis Gaston (Conductor) and the Soloists of Opera Prelude explore the life and music of Nancy in a narrated concert including works by composers Nancy knew and worked with, including: Paisiello, Salieri, Sarti and Mozart. Two 45 minute Acts, either side of an interval.
Parking available in a field one minute’s walk away – flat shoes advised!
The bar will be open before the performance and during the interval.
Performance begins at 18:30.
Ticket Price £40. Tickets to be purchased through the Opera Prelude website.
